3. Payments and Billing

Our pricing structure typically includes upfront deposits or milestone-based payments, as detailed in your specific quote or package selection (e.g., Starter, Growth, or Web App plans).

All invoices must be paid according to the terms specified on the invoice.
Work may be paused if payments are not received by the agreed-upon deadlines.
Once a project has commenced, initial deposits are generally non-refundable to cover the time and resources already committed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment and completion of the project, all rights to the custom design and code specific to your project will be transferred to you, except where third-party licenses, open-source software, or proprietary agency tools and templates are utilized. DreamSite Builders reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is explicitly signed.

5. Warranties and Liability

As-Is Service: While we strive to produce high-quality, bug-free websites, digital products are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.
Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the uptime, performance, or changes to policies of third-party services integrated into your website (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways, CMS platforms).

Project packages include a specified number of revision rounds during the development phase.
